The Canadian dividend component of all monthly dividends paid on shares of Trimark Diversified Income Class and Trimark Monthly Income Private Pool of all Series is an eligible dividend as defined in amendments to section 89 of the Income Tax Act (unless otherwise designated) and, accordingly, entitles an individual shareholder resident in Canada to a higher dividend gross up and dividend tax credit.
