Customizing service

Customizing service allows you to regularly exchange units of one fund for units of another. You can also use this service to set up regular transfers of fund units between accounts (with or without exchanging funds).

Administrative information

  • There is no minimum account balance required to set up this service
  • You may choose a specific dollar amount (minimum $50)
  • You may also select the frequency:
    • Twice monthly
    • Monthly
    • Every two months
    • Quarterly
    • Semi-annually
    • Annually
    • Any day of the month
  • If you are adding this service to an existing account, you need to provide a letter confirming the details of what you would like to occur

Special information

  • Investors can only exchange out of one fund in each fund family
  • Proceeds can be used to purchase one or more funds within the same family
  • At any time you can:
    • Change the service*
    • Stall the service*
    • Restart the service*
    • Stop the service*

*We must receive five business-days notice before the next scheduled Customizing Service transaction to process any of these changes.
